I started PROJECTFOREVER because I know that physical decline with aging is mostly a choice. That exercising the wrong way can be worse for our bodies than not exercising at all. That most people can overcome chronic pain and injury if they have the right guidance. And because I got tired of seeing great people with good intentions getting injured by the latest fitness fad or trend.
